For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins upon order confirmation.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location:
Metro cities: 3-5 business days.
Other cities/towns: 5-7 business days.
Remote/rural areas: May take longer, up to 7-10 business days.

5. Delivery Process
Deliveries are handled by trusted logistics partners.
Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.
You may refuse delivery if you wish to cancel the order, as outlined in our Return & Cancellation Policy. The package will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receipt.

In case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
