Refund policy

At MB Vitals, customer safety and product integrity are our top priorities. Due to the nature of health and dietary supplements, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery, in line with standard industry practices and Indian consumer laws.

1. Return Eligibility

General Policy:
Health supplements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the product is received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Timeframe:
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Condition:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • Customers are advised not to open or consume the product if it appears damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery.
  • Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact (where applicable).

Proof Required:
Order ID along with clear images or videos of the product, outer packaging, and seals.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Opened or partially used supplements
  • Products with tampered or missing seals
  • Damage caused due to improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Promotional or clearance items (unless damaged on arrival)

2. Return / Replacement Process

After verification, MB Vitals will arrange a free reverse pickup (subject to serviceability).

3. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch:
Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Refunds processed within 7–10 business days.

After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Refusal at Delivery:
Unjustified refusal of delivery may result in deduction of shipping and handling charges.

4. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Images/videos are mandatory for validation
  • Eligible cases will receive a replacement or refund, at MB Vitals’ discretion

Claims raised after the reporting window will not be accepted.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Processing Time:
7–10 business days after verification.

Refund Mode:

  • Online payments: original payment method
  • COD orders: bank transfer or store credit

Replacement:
Dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

6. Important Notes

  • Supplements are hygiene-sensitive products and cannot be returned once opened
  • MB Vitals reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy conditions
  • Free pickup depends on courier service availability

  • All disputes are governed by Indian laws
